Under copyright laws it is illegal to obtain copies of  any piece of copyrighted material without personally owning the original.  I offer the service of providing back-up copies of Playstation games ONLY to those who own the original copies and want to safeguard their investments. I do not promote piracy of any companies copyrighted material.  It is wrong to rip any company off - they work hard to earn their rightfully and well-deserved income.  Piracy harms everybody, if you do not own the original copy of any Playstation game you wish to obtain a back-up copy of DO NOT request it!! You are not lawfully entitled to do so.  I do not wish to promote piracy, yet alone take part of an unlawful act.  From my knowledge of copyright laws, it is okay to obtain backups of a PSX game if you own the original.  That is what the service is provided for.  If proven otherwise, I will immediately discontinue this service.

All back-ups are quality tested before shipping to ensure they work properly.  I use high quality CD-Rs -- most often TDK or Imation.  These CD-R's come with a Lifetime Warrany against defects from the manufacturer.

A SERVICE FEE is required to help pay for materials and time.

Approximate Shipping rates:

Priority mail is available for $4 (up to 8 CDs, .35 cents each additional)
-Priority mail is a little quicker, normally 1-3 days >>>RECOMMENDED

Normal shipping (via First-Class mail) is $2 for 1 CD, .25 cents each additional.
-You should receive your order in the time it takes to mail a letter.  (2-4 days)

When calculating your shipping rates, the rates usually end up less than what is stated above --.  I will let you know the exact shipping charges in your  order confirmation email.

NOTE:  With Priority mail, I have room to include up to 4 jewel cases with the order.  I do not, however, include jewel cases with orders through normal 1st class mail.
 

Methods of Payment:

Currently I only except cash, check, or money order.  Cash is preferred of course, because it's the least hassle - although I'm sure many of you are skeptical of being ripped off.  I can't blame you - I personally know a few people who have been ripped off by some of the other sites (especially Hong Kong/Thailand sites).  After placing an order, however, I'm sure you will be satisfied with my service.
Once receiving your cash payment, I will ship your order within 2 days.  I accept checks, but will wait 2 weeks before shipping the order to insure that the check clears.  Sorry, but I no longer offer C.O.D.'s --- a few people refused to pay when their order arrived -- leaving me stuck with the extra copies returned to me in addition to having to pay the COD fees myself.
